ASSISTANT MANAGER_CREATIVE & DESIGN

The Assistant Manager, Creative and Design manager will support the manager to effectively manage and develop graphic designs, to well communicated the brand of the Company and projects. 

 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Design marketing materials for corporate and projects briefed by Brand team, Project Marketing teams, or other functional teams;  
  • Create graphics and manage simple video editing; 
  • Reporting to the manager, manage tasks efficiently and communicate work deliverables clearly; 
  • Be responsible for completion of financial KPIs, non-financial KPIs and other assigned KPIs from on time; 
  • Execute and complete ad-hoc assignments when required. 

Requirements 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in fine arts or related field 
  • Strong experience in branding, packaging, concept art, and digital design 
  • 3+ years’ experience in agency or in house at the same or related position 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications (including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or other graphic design software 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design talent and creative thinking 
  • Good hierarchy/ layout/ typography skills. Knowledge of color theory and balance 
  • Fluent English (written & spoken) 
  • Drawing, video, photography, 2D animation or 3D is a big plus 
  • Understanding UX & UI design is a plus 
  • Good time management ability 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill and enjoy working in a team environment 
  • Keep updated with new technology and creative trends 
  • Strong interest in art, advertising, marketing, User experience
